おおやぶみよ
2003年沖縄にてアトリエを設立。
設立以来、吹き、成形、仕上げ、など完成に至る
までの工程を一貫して一人で製作し続けており、
器、オブジェ、照明など、制作するアイテムによりガラスの素材を替え、
全く異なるガラスの表情を創り出している。
液体のようなとろりとした質感と水面のように
煌めく影が映し出される「スピカシリーズ」は
おおやぶみよの代表作である。
In 2003 founded her studio in Okinawa.
She has been doing all processes. Glass blowing, molding and finish
by herself since when she founded her studio.
Plates, objects and lumps…she shows us many kind of face of glasses.
And we suggested her works come from water surface.
“Spica series” is the main works of Miyo Oyabu.
We can enjoy sparkle and shadow through her works.
